Before we coat anything, we healthcheck your digesters and recommend the right action. Our supervision lasts years so your mills last a lot longer.

Why we make spray Shields

Apart from providing a durable protection that lasts 10+ years, spraying thermally-balanced twinwire onto a steel surface means the shell is never sealed away. Nothing has been welded over it, so nothing is hidden from inspection. We take MLO readings on the Shield and UT readings on exposed carbon steel — and for anything those two methods can’t reach, we work with your NDE.
